Junior Development

Swimming promotes a strong sense of self-discipline, encourages motivation and builds self-confidence. Swimming also promotes fitness, strength, speed and stamina. With injury risk relatively low, swim training offers a great fitness base for all other sports.

AquaGym's  Learn to Swim and Competitive Swimming programmes are linked very closely together. Whether a swimmer is learning for the first time or getting ready to compete in the Olympics, the philosophy and the base skills are carried right through the AquaGym programme.

The Learn to Swim programme naturally flows into the first level of the Competitive Swim Programme (Advanced Improver). The pathway to success is very clear. AquaGym swimmers can continue in the programme for as long as they wish and will have the opportunity to reach their fullest potential.

In the Junior Development Programme at AquaGym swimmers will develop from attending 1 x 1 hour session per week through to 4 sessions per week. Click here to find out about the Coaching Levels.

2 optional swim sessions are available for those swimmers unable to make their own group. There is no extra charge for the optional session.

Payment

Payment is on a monthly basis with fees due the first week of each month. Automatic Payment forms are available from Reception. Squad Payments are non refundable and non transferable.
