  • To achieve smooth Freestyle & Backstroke Arm Circles with rhythmic breathing over 50metres with a balanced body position
  • To achieve smooth Breaststroke over 25 metres with a balanced body position
  • To achieve Dolphin kick in preparation for Butterfly
  • To achieve a continuous swim for 5 minutes.

30 minutes (maximum 7 per class)

Swim Star

Aim

  • To achieve 200 metres bilateral breathing Freestyle
  • To achieve 100 metres Backstroke maintaining proper technique
  • To achieve 50 metres Breaststroke maintaining proper technique
  • To achieve 25 metres Butterfly with proper technique

40 minutes (maximum 8 per class)
