Private Lessons

If you are swimming for the first time or just want to improve your technique, come and see us for a private lesson!

  • You can do a ‘one off’ session, or you can do multiple sessions.
  • You can either swim in the small pool (0.8m deep) or the main pool (1.8m deep)

Just let us know what day and time suits you, and what you want to work on.

Brett Naylor (AquaGym founder & Olympic Swimmer + NZ National Coach at 4 Olympics) is available for more specialized private lessons.

Our other amazing Staff are available depending on which day you'd like to book - 7 days a week!

Adult Lane Swimming

Main Pool Lane swimming Timetable:

*During the school Term.

(For holiday hours, see opening hours)

Monday – Friday:         7.00am – 2pm
Weekends:                   9am  – 1pm

We have school groups coming through on certain weeks at certain times (especially in terms 1 and 4) so if you wish to work around those busy times, give us a call on 381 0299 and we can tell you the schedule for that week .

*We are always closed on public holidays

Small Pool -  only available for lessons.

*Children under 16 must be supervised by an Adult

April Holidays

Week 1: Monday April 19th - Friday 23rd

Week 2: Tuesday April 27th - 30th

We are closed Monday 26th - ANZAC Day

Private Lessons: All day to suit

Surf Tri:  Wednesdays with Brett & Saturdays with Cath will be running.

Adult Lane Swimming:  Mon - Fri -   7am - 2pm

Weekends - closed

 

 

 

Term 1 Finishes: Sunday April 18th

Term 2 Starts: Monday May 3rd.

Surf Tri Masters

(Adult Fitness Group)

Session Times: During the School Term

Monday         6.30pm

Wednesday    6am   (5.30am optional start time!)

Saturday       8am

Bookings:  Not required.

Just turn up and either pay casually via pay wave or get a concession card.

You can do all sessions or just a couple.

Ideal for:

  • Surf Lifesaving swimmers / Water polo swimmers.
  • Anyone that wants to build their swimming fitness.
  • People training for Sea Swimming

 

Other info:

The night session has 3 - 4 lanes, the mornings have 7-8 lanes.

You pick which lane you want to swim in (depending on how fast you want to go). Speed ranges from 1.5 – 2km per hour in the slower lanes to 3km’s per hour in the faster lanes.

Aqua Jogging

During our public swimming hours we have a dedicated lane reserved for aqua joggers.

Aquabelts are available for use at no extra charge.
